WITH INTRAVENOUS VITAMIN THERAPY
Prior to your IV Vitamin consultation, you will be required to complete our online registration process under “GETTING STARTED”. This includes completion of your Health History Form as well as specific blood work to be drawn at either Lab-Corp of Quest labs. Dr. Johanan Rand, M.D. will review this information prior to your face to face consultation. If you decide that you would like to start IV Vitamin therapy, your first IV visit is included with your consult. Based on the number of IV sessions you purchase, discounts will apply.
If you decide that you are interested in a bio-identical hormone evaluation along with IV Vitamins, there is a specific fee scheduled associated with this consultation. Our program price for this consultation will include your initial comprehensive evaluation, as well as an analysis of all your hormones, toxic cardiac components and body composition analysis using our state of the art INBODY 520 unit. To proceed, please follow the following steps.
- Click on Patient Registration on HOME page
- Click on “e-patient” portal
- Create a unique user name and password
- Click “create now”
- You will be prompted to complete a few simple steps.
- The last step is on the tab “Make Payment”
- Under “Initial Visit” choose “Intravenous Vitamin Therapy”
- The fee for the comprehensive program does not include the necessary blood work. Most of the
time if you do have insurance your labs are a covered service.
Once all these steps are completed and payment is made through our secure “e-patient portal
system” our practice clinical care coordinator will contact you to schedule an appointment. If you
